The corrupt individuals at Fusion GPS who were in the middle of the Trump-Russia collusion lie are now being pressured to turn over their records related to Alfa Bank.
Sidney Powell shared this report from Techno Fog on Telegram:
In 2017, the owners of Alfa Bank (we’ll call them Alfa Bank for the purposes of this article) sued Fusion GPS and Glenn Simpson for their publication of false statements accusing Alfa Bank of “bribery, extortion, and interference in the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election.”
Now, the Alfa Bank is on offense. They have filed a motion to compel, asking the Court to require Fusion GPS and Glenn Simpson to produce nearly 500 critically important documents improperly withheld as privileged.
Fusion/Simpson have fought the production of the documents, arguing that they are subject to the “attorney-client privilege” and otherwise privileged and not subject to production.
The problem for Fusion GPS is that it shared all sorts of garbage with the corrupt mainstream media. But now they claim attorney-client privilege?
We wrote about Alfa Bank a few years ago – we learned that the culprit behind the garbage story previously received a grant from the Obama Administration.
We also uncovered who was ultimately behind the bogus stories (hint – first name Hillary).
And to top it off, the FBI obtained warrants after they found out the whole story was garbage.
Our Justice Department is corrupt and is not being held accountable by anyone.
